At the end of every project, you own everything we built, completely and without restriction.

Standard deliverables

Every project ships with:

• Source code: Fully documented, transferred to your GitHub organization
• README: Setup, environment variables, deployment instructions
• Architecture notes: Key decisions and their rationale
• Figma file: All design assets, organized and labeled
• Handover session: 1-hour walkthrough with your team

IP ownership

All intellectual property created for your project belongs to you upon final payment. We retain no license, and we don't use your code or designs in other projects.

What you should do after handover

1. Transfer the repository to your organization
2. Rotate any shared API keys or secrets
3. Add your own team to the deployment platforms
4. Review the README and run the project locally
