Ready to build something? Here's how to get started with DevNest in three steps.

Step 1 — Tell us about your project

Fill out the contact form with:

• Your idea — What are you building and for whom?
• Timeline — When do you need it?
• Budget range — Be honest; we'll be honest back.
• Existing assets — Brand guidelines, designs, or a codebase to build on?

We respond to every inquiry within 24 hours.

Step 2 — Discovery call

Once we've reviewed your submission, we'll schedule a 45-minute discovery call to:

• Understand your goals and constraints
• Walk through your technical requirements
• Discuss design direction and references
• Align on timeline and budget

We don't charge for discovery calls. We do take them seriously.

Step 3 — Proposal & contract

After discovery, we'll send:

1. A scope of work — exactly what we'll build
2. A timeline — week-by-week milestones
3. A fixed price — no hourly billing surprises
4. A contract — clear terms for both parties

Once signed and the deposit is received, we start the following Monday.

What happens next?

After kick-off, you'll get access to:

• A shared Notion workspace with the full project plan
• A GitHub repository (if applicable) with your name on it
• A weekly sync slot for status updates
• A Figma file where all design happens
